Wanted: DNA Samples

MRC Holland is looking for positive samples to be used in testing and developing of our products:

Positive DNA samples

• Samples with LDLR whole gene deletion or duplication (in heterozygous and/or homozygous state)
• Samples with SLC2A1 whole gene deletion or duplication (in heterozygous and/or homozygous state)
• Samples with STXBP1 whole gene deletion or duplication (in heterozygous and/or homozygous state)
• Samples with DMD whole gene duplication (in heterozygous and/or homozygous state)
• Samples with TSC1 whole gene deletion (in heterozygous and/or homozygous state)
• Samples with TSC2 whole gene deletion (in heterozygous and/or homozygous state)
• Samples with BRCA1 whole gene deletion (in heterozygous state)
• Samples with BMPR1A partial (one or more exons) gene deletion (in heterozygous and/or homozygous state)
• Samples with the 10q22-q23 microdeletion (in heterozygous and/or homozygous state)

In exchange for:

• 1-5 µg DNA: 25 reactions of a SALSA^® MLPA^® probemix of choice
• >5 µg DNA: 50 reactions of a SALSA^® MLPA^® probemix of choice

DNA Samples from Healthy Individuals

MRC Holland is looking for blood-derived DNA samples from healthy individuals. For each batch of 10 samples (minimum of 20 µg DNA per sample; no cell lines), we are offering 100 reactions of a SALSA^® MLPA^® probemix of choice.
